Free Delivery Conditions
Free delivery is available to most UK postcodes (excludes N.I, Highlands, UK Islands *) on ALL Bareroot bush orders over £100 or All bush Potted orders over £100, both excluding sundries.
Free delivery does not apply to mixed orders of Bareroot bush & Potted bush Roses, excluding sundries and standards, if either are below a separate order value of £100 (excludes N.I, Highlands, UK Islands *).
Bareroot or Potted
Bareroot Rose orders are delivered separately and in order rotation between November and March when in a hardened-off dormant or semi-dormant growth stage.
Potted Roses if supplied between October and June may be recently potted and not ready for immediate re-planting until late Spring or early Summer.
Preferred Delivery Dates
If the delivery date is important to you we strongly recommend you select a working day delivery date the day before required. Although rarely an issue, delivery on a specific working delivery day is not guaranteed.

Bareroot Roses – Can only be dispatched between November and March when the roses are dormant, in rotational order.
Please ensure you select a delivery date or leave ASAP for dispatch between those dates.
Potted Roses – May have been recently potted if supplied between October and June.
They may not be ready for re-planting on receipt, please check the rose for warning labels.
